iCORE ICT Graduate Student Scholarships
iCORE has partnered with Alberta Advanced Education and Technology (AET) and Alberta Ingenuity to manage an annual $3 million scholarship program for graduate students in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) at Alberta universities.
AET has also created an annual $3 million scholarship program for graduate students studying in Nanotechnology at Alberta universities.
These two new scholarship programs are intended to help Alberta universities attract and retain the world’s best graduate students studying in the areas of ICT or Nanotechnology.

Major Differences between the new and old scholarship program:
• Students from any department may apply as long as an ICT or Nanotechnology connection can be demonstrated
• International students are eligible to apply for scholarships on a competitive basis
• Automatic tops apply only to NSERC CGS Scholarships
