2007 iCORE BANFF SUMMIT
The iCORE Summit will explore how our backgrounds, knowledge, and research expertise in informatics and related areas can contribute to new collaborative explorations and research.
This Grand Challenge illuminates the broad and growing interdisciplinary terrain of Systems Biology. The fields of computer science, electrical engineering, physics, mathematics, signal processing, machine learning, complexity studies, medicine, biochemistry, molecular biology and cell biology build the foundation of Systems Biology.
As usual, the iCORE Summit offers:
- Research Exchanges - where each iCORE research group presents their research
- Breakout Sessions for Reseach Clusters: Networks and Wireless, Nanotechnology, Quantum, Intelligent Software Systems, Systems Biology, and Integrated Resource Management
- Student Poster Session
- Opportunities for Research Team Group Retreats
- Keynote Speakers
